Biotin: 300mcg Theanine:  2 teaspoons per day, one am and one pm

Supplements, supplements

Nicholas is giving me hell trying to get these supplements into him.  Yesterday was the first day in many that I got everything in him.  Ug.  I wish there was an easier way. Anyway, instead of giving him everything in the morning, here’s what I have to do….. Morning Juice, mixed with either banana or […]

Theanine

Not sure I like the Theanine.  The 2 times I gave it to Nicholas he was hyper-boy, which is the opposite of what it’s supposed to do, so we’ve discontinued it at the moment.

Supplement Update

Changed dose of Theamine to 1 teaspoon. Gave him the teaspoon of this after dinner – didn’t calm the hyper that I think he was due to having an applesauce.  Interesting.

Oxypowder added today

I got oxypowder to help his system clean itself out since he’s on the Threelac now and is only pooping one day every 3rd or 4th day.  I had read rave reviews from parents who give their kiddos threelac as well.  Dosage is 4 caps per day – we’re starting with one for a few […]

New Supplement added today

Added 1/4 teaspoon Theanine with his morning supplements.  I’m starting this one slow and working up to 1 teaspoon 3x/day.

New Supplement added today

We started Pro-Bio defense by Kirkman today.

After a few days on Threelac….

This poor kid is pooping and pooping and pooping.  Poor kid.  Poorer mommy for having to clean it all up.  If this doesn’t get me a spot in heaven, I don’t think anything will. However – the change in him is significant. It’s like we pulled yet another layer of clouds out from in front […]

Starting Threelac again

So, I heard that giving Threelac at night before bed might cut down on some of the craziness of withdrawal, so we started giving it to him about an hour before bedtime.  Worked like a charm.  Whew…….
