and Nicholas had a great day at school….. again!

He’s continuing to talk up a storm – calling for Daddy and Pappa (Grandpa) constantly.  Yeah, I  know – where’s the love Nicholas??  Always calling the men… as if………………….!

We met Wes today.  Wes is going to be doing ABA Mon-Friday, so he just came to meet Nicholas and hang out with him for a while.  Nicholas seemed to really like him, so I’m keeping my fingers crossed!  In our discussion, we talked about 2 initial things I wanted to see worked on; the first being – improving the number of times he responds to his name and the second, trying to stretch the amount of time he’ll sit in one spot and do a task that he has little to no interest in doing.    Other things I mentioned were getting him to consistently follow commands and not just when he wants to.  I have to remember that he’s only three and sometimes three year olds just want to do what they want to do!  🙂
