Loving the RevitaPOPs!!
August 4th, 2009
Mom We had Nicholas try the RevitaPOPs in addition to his daily Mb-12 injections – and wow — these things are good!! He’s been asking for one every day (which he never does) and he just seems clearer afterward, both speech and brain-wise. So I just wanted to share!! Click below to check them out:
Updated January 27, 2010: For my son, the results are better from the injections. BUT, if you do not have access to a doctor or can not adminster them, this is a good alternative. The only thing I wish is that they would come out with other flavors. The same flavor every day gets kind of boring.

“Mommy, give me back my voice!”
July 26th, 2009
Mom Nicholas has gotten a little yeasty in the past week – we’ve had company, so he keeps stealing everyone’s sodas and by the time we’ve caught up to him, he of course has had way too much of it to drink.
Well, anyway – this past Friday, he was trying to tell me something and it wasn’t hard to tell he was stumbling over his words and that he was really having a hard time. He stopped mid-sentence and said, “mommy, give me back my voice. mommy, help me, I can’t talk”
I told him that mommy was working on it and that is what all of his vitamins were for – and that if he wants his voice back, he cannot drink soda as it makes him lose his voice and we would go get him his own special drink if he wanted.
We were stunned by this conversation. He has said things to me before that have made me know without a doubt that he knows what’s going on with him and how hard we’re working to set him free from all of this. But this just blew me away – and hearing him say it was joyful agony – truly. I was thrilled that he got it and sad for him all at the same time.
Nicholas, I promise you – I will give you back your voice (permanently) if it is the last thing i do.
Added July 26, 2009 – Tonight, Nicholas said – “Mommy, I got my voice back” – he was much clearer today (I upped his yeast protocol) and still his same typical happy chatty self.

“A recent report shows a correlation of the historical use of thimerosal in therapeutic immunizations with the subsequent development of autism; however, this association remains controversial. Autism occurs approximately four times more frequently in males compared to females; thus, studies of thimerosal toxicity should take into consideration gender-selective effects. The present study was originally undertaken to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of thimersosal in male and female CD1 mice. However, during the limited MTD studies, it became apparent that thimerosal has a differential MTD that depends on whether the mouse is male or female. At doses of 38.4-76.8mg/kg using 10% DMSO as diluent, seven of seven male mice compared to zero of seven female mice tested succumbed to thimerosal. Although the thimerosal levels used were very high, as we were originally only trying to determine MTD, it was completely unexpected to observe a difference of the MTD between male and female mice. Thus, our studies, although not directly addressing the controversy surrounding thimerosal and autism, and still preliminary due to small numbers of mice examined, provide, nevertheless, the first report of gender-selective toxicity of thimerosal and indicate that any future studies of thimerosal toxicity should take into consideration gender-specific differences.”
