I started giving Nicholas one cap of this today. This is an extremely hard softgel (yeah, you read that right) which I have to saw into with my big knife (Just what I want to do first thing inthe morning is use a knife on a softgel – thank goodness this is relatively big unlike the teeny ubiquinol ones) The contents need to be scooped out of this, but it does mix okay with the rest of his stuff, and for that I am grateful.

(I dont know whether or not I will stick with this one when this runs out, so if anyone has one they love, please let me know so I can check it out! This is actually not the exact one I have – although when I go to the website, this is coming up under my order, so this must be the newer formula.)
