Discontinued Cell-Food… FOREVER!

A while back, I had gone looking for the ingredients list of one of Nicholas’s supplements that I had heard rave reviews about and decided to try… Cellfood. Well, I couldn’t find the ingredients, so I discontinued giving it to him because I was switching his supplements to be SCD-legal. I recently started him back […]

New Supplement added today

I added 25mg Coenzyme Q-10 from Kirkman today. Note: After 62 days of this, I have not seen any benefits come from Nicholas taking this, so we are going to try this one: Now Foods Ubiquinol

Alpha Ketoglutaric Acid CoQ10 (Added Brainchild’s Intestimend last week – 1 teaspoon/day working up to 6 teaspoons per day) Note: The bottle ran out and I did not buy another one – I didn’t see any difference in Nicholas to warrant spending the $$ on this supplement.

How do I get all of those supplements into Nicholas??

Well, it’s no easy task, but it’s gotten easier as time goes on. My biggest recommendation to anyone is to open the capsules and taste what’s inside if you’re mixing stuff with juice/liquids. Stuff that has no taste is a no brainer – mix it with anything. Stuff that tastes good isn’t too much of […]

New Supplement

I started Nicholas on IP6 & Inositol today to see if it has an effect on him. IP6 & Inositol apparently will remove excess iron from your blood, so if Nicholas is iron-overloaded, which he very well may be, we should see some gains.

Day 1: Nizoral

I tossed out the remainder of the Nystatin because it did absolutely nothing for Nicholas for the 3+ weeks he was on it and we’re giving Nizoral a shot. Keeping my fingers crossed….
