Added Methylfolate today
March 30th, 2009 Mom I gave Nicholas 1/4 cap of Klaire’s MethylFolate (5-methyltetrahydrofolate) today – which equals about 250mcg. Nicholas is currently getting 3600mcg of Folinic Acid, but it was also recommended that we try adding the 5-MTF to see if it would help, so we’re giving it a shot. Goal dose is 1 cap 2x a day.
