Added Chromium Picolinate today

I added Chromium Picolinate to Nicholas’s supplement regiment today: 100mcg with breakfast, lunch and dinner. Chromium is an essential trace mineral that works with insulin to support healthy blood glucose levels and plays and important role in the proper utilization of protein, fat and carbohydrates. Why am I adding this to his routine?? One, Nicholas’s […]

Switched Vitamin C

So, this past Wednesday, I switched the version of Vitamin C that I was using to a liquid one. I heard raves over how this tastes — and while I wouldn’t want to drink it straight – it is tasty – and mixes well with my son’s supplements. So, he’s drinking his supplements quicker and […]

New Supplement added: Biotagen (Prebiotic)

I started giving Nicholas Biotagen, which is a prebiotic from Klaire labs, last night. Started with 1/4 teaspoon. Klaire’s Biotagen It is formulation of soluble dietary fiber with prebiotic activities that stimulates growth of colonic populations of beneficial bacteria and enhances gastrointestinal and systemic immune function in multiple ways. BiotaGen™ combines chicory inulin and oligofructose, […]

Changed brands of DMG

Excuse the back posting, I wanted to make sure Nicholas was going to do well on the new DMG that I bought before mentioning that I decided to give another brand a try. Also, with the expense of giving Nicholas 9 Kirkman DMG capsules per day, I had to see if something less expensive would […]

Daily Vitamin A Intake

Just so I have this in a safe place…. Nicholas is on the daily maintenance dose for the High Dose Vitamin A protocol. He’s doing really well on it, so we’re going to continue. Here’s where his daily breakdown of Vitamin A comes from: Klaire’s VitaSpectrum – 8,167IU (he gets 7 caps per day, instead […]

Added Methylfolate today

I gave Nicholas 1/4 cap of Klaire’s MethylFolate (5-methyltetrahydrofolate) today – which equals about 250mcg. Nicholas is currently getting 3600mcg of Folinic Acid, but it was also recommended that we try adding the 5-MTF to see if it would help, so we’re giving it a shot. Goal dose is 1 cap 2x a day. March […]

Restarted Advanced Biocidin

I added a drop of Advanced Biocidin to Nicholas’s supplements today. I think that with all of the yeast we’ve eliminated, there’s been some bacterial overgrowth, so I’m adding this supplement back into his daily routine. I will only keep it on board if I see that it is having a positive effect on Nicholas. […]

Started Interfase

I bought a bottle of Klaire’s Interfase a while ago and have not yet tried it, so I decided to start giving Nicholas one capsule per day to see if I notice any differences. Interfase from Klaire Labs Note: Interfase Plus contains EDTA which is contraindicated in mercury-toxic individuals, so I am just trying the […]
