Instead of buying designer handbags, I buy vitamins instead…

and I use “designer handbags” merely as an example because for what we spend in a month in vitamins, I could have a closet loaded with a plethora of designer handbags. (Not that I would, I’m a one handbag kinda girl.) Instead of Gucci, Mark Jacobs, and Prada; names like Nordic Naturals and Kirkman are […]

Trying capryllic acid for yeast

We’re a few days off of nizoral and I think yeast is starting to once again rear it’s ugly head. So, I just gave Nicholas some capryllic acid, so we’ll see if that works. It seems like we are always fighting yeast in this house. Updated 11/07/08 – yesterday I’ve been trying Kirkman’s Yeast Aid […]

Increased Vitamin D today

In addition the D he is already getting, I’ve added more so he gets a minimum of 2000IU per day. (we’re all taking D around here – let’s hope it keeps the flu away!)

New Supplement added today

I am trying Folapro instead of Folinic Acid to see if this will work better for Nicholas. I have read of parents having great results from adding folapro that I figured I would give it a trial and see if there is any difference for Nicholas. If not, then we’ll go back to the Kirkman […]

Supplements I have bought, but haven’t used…..

Yep, we’ve all got a stash…. I bought these and haven’t used them yet. Why? Who knows. This is just a friendly reminder to myself to figure out what I am adding next…. Kirkman Yeast Aid – okay, so I bought this in a moment of frustration with Nicholas’s yeast issues. On first smell, I […]
