Added Ubiquinol today

I’ve been meaning to add this supplement for a while. I had tried coQ10, but did not see any response from that, so I stopped that one a while ago. Today, I added 50mg Ubiquinol CoQH-CF – it’s a reduced form of coQ10.

Round 17: Complete

Keeping count

Current Progress

Nicholas has been doing really well the past several days. He has replaced “uh-huh” with “sure” – which is very cute. He has been saying “that’s better” when finishing something that was missing a piece. When daddy came home the other day, he addressed him by name (we cracked up) instead of saying Hi daddy. […]

Increased Inositol

I increased Nicholas’s dose of inositol from 2 scoops (1 gram) to 3 scoops (1 1/2 grams). I wanted to try this last week – I read about adding inositol to deal with OCD and wanted to try increasing Nicholas’s dose to see if it got rid of his current water obsession – and totally […]

Back on Claritin

I put Nicholas back on Claritin today and he had a fantastic day. I had taken him off for a few weeks to see how his allergies were doing and he really still does need it. Last year, 2007, he only needed it for a month or so, and this time, he’s been on it […]

His poor little tummy

Nicholas’s tummy seems to be a little less bloated the past few days. A shirt which was way too tight on him a week ago is now fitting him just fine. I have to start measuring him again so I can keep track. But there is a noticable difference that it has gone down quite […]

Receptive Language

Ever since we started the Enhansa, Nicholas’s receptive language has greatly diminished. He’s making great progress in other areas, but I feel like he’s “ignoring” me when I am talking to him – and when I “think” he is paying attention, I really dont think he’s retained one word of what I have said. He […]

Answering the phone

Nicholas has never been one to get on the phone and talk or even listen. Daddy just made Nicholas’s phone in his new little kitchen ring. Nicholas picked up and this is what he said – much to our amazement or should I say, shock! “Hello, this is Nicholas, I’m here with daddy” and a […]

Juicing Veggies for Nicholas

So, I took the plunge today and bought a juicer, well, Santa technically bought it for me – I just went and picked it up. 🙂 Yes, I still believe in Santa. I’ve been reading alot about juicing and the health benefits from juicing raw fruits and vegetables that I really want to give it […]
